Cold-related symptoms among international students
This study focuses on analysing the body’s reaction to low temperatures in international students who are in the Republic of Karelia. The main purpose of the work is to determine the level of tolerance to low temperatures, cold-related symptoms and adaptation factors. The results of the survey demonstrated that the number of academic years have a positive effect on cold tolerance, and the ability to perform daily tasks in winter. The study emphasizes the importance of teaching students the principles of adaptation to climatic conditions and cold prevention.
